Do you tape them in sequence like we get them on the video or do you tape them separately and put them in sequence later?
I am asking because I have no problems doing the big girl push-ups before weight work but after heavy weights I am struggling. If you do the push-ups before weight work that would explain why all of you are doing them so well (if you do the push-ups after or during weight work on the other hand, that would mean you all are so much stronger than little old me).
Since you are doing an Abs Hits video, how about compiling all the planks on one video?
