when to workout

i workout usually in evenig or as late as 9:00! is this ok? i simply try to fit it in whenever possible no matter what time it is. i am not a morning person.
 
I usually work at 6 or 7 PM. If I start my workout later I can not sleep. There are to much endorphines inside my body and I can not be relax to sleep. If it is not your case stay working out at that time. The most important thing is workout not when you do it. Listen to your body. I am not a morning person too.

I agree just work out when ever it suits you. I used to workout in the morning prior to having my son (he's 5 months old), now when I get up he gets up with me so it is not always possible. So now if I miss my morning workout I workout when he is asleep which can be anytime between 7 and 9 pm depending on what time he falls asleep.
 
You can workout anytime you want. I don't believe it alters your results. I have been doing it early am for years. There was a time when I did it a late and would finish up at midnight. Now some say it may affect your sleep.

Me neither. I just don't have any energy in the morning. I can do cardio early in the morning though, but lift weights? My barbell might just end up crushing me when I'm doing bench presses.

Don't worry about your workout time. I've gotten results whether I work out in the morning, afternoon, evening or midnight. A workout is better than no workout at all.
