I watch TV....usually motivational shows like The Biggest Loser or health shows, but sometimes shows that no one else in my family watches..... Occasionally I listen to music and I WANT to get Cardio Coach and give that a try. Anything to keep me on the treadmill longer! Today I watched the 2 hour Biggest Loser.....with skipping all the commercials and flying through other parts I don't care so much about, I watched the 2 hour special while I did the w/u, c/d and ran 45 minutes!!
