I have heard a lot of different opinions on this...i.e. not first thing in the morning because you a dehydrated, not after a weights session (muscle swelling), and not during TTOTM. So when is the best time (of day or month) should you measure/weigh (though I don't weigh myself very often, just usually out of curiosity!)yourself? morning/evening, before/after workout, a certain time before/after eating???? What do you all think? Thanks in advance for any advice!
