Right now, I'm 27 weeks, so just cresting the 3rd trimester.
I'm reading a lot of historical posts about other women that have had to slow down long before where I am now.
I've had to modify some moves, yes. And I've lowered my step height to just the board, becuase it doesn't take much to get my heartrate up at this point.
But I'm still working out at the same intensity that I always have - even pre-pregnancy.
So I guess my question is, for all of you ladies that have been hard core fitness folks for years....when did you (or did you have to) slow down?
I'm starting to feel like there's something wrong with me that I can still go as hard as I ever have with very little trouble. My family treats me like I should live in a bubble and am super fragile. And while I'd never do anything to put my pregnancy in danger, and I do pay close attention what feels good/doesn't feel good, I still feel fine.
I'm just starting to think that I'm weird or irresponsible because I haven't felt the need to slow down...
