Jillybean, pat yourself on the back with your Low-Max End-It-With-A-Bang Mish-Mosh! What a workout!

I'm telling you guys, if you need serious calorie combusting, this mish-mosh is it for pure cardio! I did it this morning and I burned 540 calories! And I shortened it a bit because I did not do the Low Max warm up. Since the Kick Max Boot Camp Challenge included the Kick Max warm up, I used that warm up, then proceeded with the Low Max Blast Only, then went back to the rest of the Kick Max Boot Camp Challenge. Believe me, after those 73 minutes, I was absolutely soaked! I loved it!!!
