I love love love frozen berries dusted in protein powder, with some granola and skim milk. I have to be careful because I can really overdo this. Esp. those times of the month when I just can not get full

Mine is a variation of this - frozen berries, plain FF yogurt, skim milk, and vanilla protein powder blended into a smoothie. YUMMY!!
