My all time favorite premix is BM2 Cardio and Weights. The music is awesome, the step combos are great and the weights for upper body really give me DOMs the next day. It also has my favorite abs routine to boot.
Another good one I love is LIC cardio premix. Love the added cardio #4 segment on that one.
On days when my knees need less impact, I like kickmax low impact premix.
Sometimes I'll combine as well. I'll do Low Max combos 1-4 premix and then pyramid upper body (up) premix.
