What's your favorite Low-Cal dessert/snack food?

My workplace is like a goodie war-zone at this time of year and I need a fighting chance to resist. Anyone have a favorite, low calorie snack (preferably chocolate?).

Most of the year I try to stay away from processed foods (which often include low-cal packaged desserts) but during the holidays I'll substitute low-cal for processed if it means satisfying my sweet tooth without busting out of my jeans! Any suggestions would be most welcome!

Here's one of my favorites...Kozy Shack 90 Cal. Chocolate Pudding snacks...stir them up for an oh-so-good chocolate fix!:9

I've just recently discovered the absolute joy of my hershey's hot cocoa. If you have a refrigerator and microwave at your work, you can do this. I adjusted the single serving hot cocoa mix from Hershey's to use splenda instead of sugar.

Combine 2Tbsp hershey's unsweetened cocoa and 2Tbsp splenda in a mug. Slowly add 1 cup heated milk and stir (I usually heat it for about 1 min 15 sec). Then add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. It is so sinfully yummy and can really satisfy a sweet tooth.

Another not quite as low calorie snack food to help with a sweet tooth is to drizzle 1 Tbsp melted peanut butter over banana slices. It is really satisfying hunger-wise and although it doesn't sound like it would satisfy a sweet tooth, it really works!

One other thing I really like is cocoa chai. I make a cup of Stash chai tea and then add a packet of sugar free hot cocoa mix. Yummy!

My favorite is what you already mentioned, Kozy Shack chocolate pudding, otherwise I indulge in fruit (I know no chocolate) or half a whole wheat toast with about a tablespoon of Nutella chocolate cream, oh so delish, sometimes I just leave out the toast and have 2 Tbsp of Nutella instead x( , or Nutella with some fruit dipped into it. Or a Lunabar with chocolate.

I live in AZ, so even in the winter it is sort of warm, so I have a chocolate sorbet popsicle from Trader Joe's as a snack. Or when I am cold, I bring reduced-fat milk to a boil with some grated dark chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla and cardamom. YUMMY, it's satisfying my sweet tooth, warms me up pretty good and I am not hungry after having one cup.

Mmmm!
I like to use the FAGE yogurt layered with granola or cereal, honey and fruit!
19 g protein and no high fructose corn syrup like in regular yogurts! I have even tried mixing the strawberry powder in them and it's also great!

Also.. fat free pudding snacks layered with cool whip and fruit is AMAZING as well (not as filling as the yogurt.. that's usually my brunch :) you can even add a little toffee/heath bar crumbs to it and it's great!

5 Hersheys Kisses always do the trick for my chocolate yearnings. 120 calories never tasted so good.:)
