What's your fav CIA workout?

Happy Friday everyone!

My big sis got me a gift card to Barnes & Noble for my B-day
I was looking at their fitness dvds and saw a couple CIA workouts and was wondering if you all have any favorites? I have Double Cardio and really like it.

The new ones are getting great reviews on other boards, but I don't think they're available in retail yet...

I've really been enjoying Gay Gasper's new one. The music rocks! And it makes me want to move, even when I don't start out that way.

I don't know if it's being sold in stores yet, but my absolute favorite right now is Sharon's new one All Body Attack. I love, love, love this workout.

I can't speak to what is currently in the stores, but I have Double Cardio and now have all the new CIA's. I think they are ALL winners! I did not care for many of the CIA workouts that I tried though Netflix, when I had a membership. But, I'm thrilled with Double Cardio and the newest offerings. Greg has really set a standard with this newest series that I hope he can keep up with the next time he films!

I agree about Gay Gasper's new one. So well cued, good music and fun choreography. I love a good old fashioned step sweatfest and this one fits the bill perfectly. I'm looking forward to trying the other new ones!

Hi

I am loving the new All Body Attack and also Absolute Kickboxing by Kimberly Spreen from this year.

Last years Double cardio and kimberly's from last year Boot camp cardio (wrong title but something like that)
