mail? I never use to get alot of mail from them but I have gotten about 15-20 emails in the last couple of days.I guess I am going to have to request "no mail" but why all of a sudden? Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I have also received a ton of mail from them, and I don't know why.

Its sort of driving me nuts cause I will get all excited, thinking I got something important...but no..just more mail to delete. hahahaha

I am having the same thing. I have deleted tons of emails from them. I used to get a one every few days or something like that. I think I am going to request "no mail" too.

I've been getting like 5 a day all of a sudden. If it keeps up I will also need to unsubscribe. It's too much!

A few days ago they had an announcement that they were 'enhancing' their email. If you notice now each of their emails has a different subject, i.e. a food showdown, a recipe, a quote of the day, etc. If you go to sparkpeople, choose to edit your profile, then choose the option 'manage email preferences'. You can uncheck the ones you don't want to receive. HTH.
