Happy Friday Cathletes! Since I have a little extra time I am going for three fitness "meals" today. For breakfast I had cardio step, for lunch I will have a leg workout, and for dinner I am having yoga. What's you menu looking like today?

I went for a slow run today, it was way to hot outside (around 90's )and this with a sinus infection:D Have fun with your workouts today,Cathe;)

Looks like I will have to skip 'breakfast' and 'lunch' fitness menu plans, BUT I have a huge 'supper' planned.

Step, Jump & Pump: I do the 'Step & Hi/Lo Circuit' premix, then head back and do some the weight work , then the ab segment, and that awesome stretch you have at the end.

Late night after dinner 'snack': Taking the dog for a walk.

Have a great weekend Cathe !

I had all my fitness meals before breakfast today!:D Step, Jump, & Pump: Step + Hi/Lo premix and then I did the Workout #1 from Core Max. I think for dessert tonight I'll do some pilates...that should keep from going to get a DQ Blizzard!

For breakfast I had STS #6, Low Max, and SJP & SB premix #19. No lunch. :p
For dinner 30-45 min jog and a loooong stretch. :)

Morning workout was Insane Abs, and Insanity Max Cardio. Lunch will be Pyramid Upper Body. Dinner will be walk the dog.

I had Imax 2 right after I got up this morning, and quite frankly I'm stuffed, and can't imagine having anything else today ;) Tomorrow however.....

Hi Cathe,

For breakfast I served up a little HiiT 40/20 with a side of ab circuits med ball abs. Lunch with be an uphill walk in the neighborhood behind the building where I work... and I actually think that dinner time will just be a well deserved rest after a full workout week :)

yummy!

Hi Cathe,

M2W2 disc 17 for breakfast (with a side of towel ;) ). Pushups in my office for lunch.

Dinner ( a real meal this time ) will be shrimp and broccoli with a couple other Cathletes that I met through this site :D

Lunch only today: a brisk walk on my lunch hour. I'm resting for a half-marathon tomorrow, though truth be told, I'm not sure I ever have more than one fitness "meal" a day!

Dunno yet.... Lunch was a Frosty Float from Wendy's. Shouldn't have been, but it was. Haven't had a float in ages, and it was yum!!!!!!!

I have to do CleanMax today. Blech, that may take me thru 2nd lunch and dinner!! We're having a picnic Sun, and I have to work tomorrow, so I am trying to lighten DH's cleaning load for tomorrow.

I will fit in a real workout somewhere today, just not sure where yet. Maybe just epic dog walkies. Its supposed to be a rest week, anyhow.

Hi Cathe,
I'm a "two" meal a day girl....breakfast is power hour and dinner is 4-day split kickbox plus legs!!! If I go for dessert it will be a stretch :D

Hi Cathe,

I just did the pyramid tredmill workout you posted a few week ago. Well it was very, very challenging. After that I did the compound weight premix from Cardio and Weights.

Hi Cathe

Well for dinner it was STS Cardio Core Workout and I was fried today I don't know why. The last circuit I could only manage the first time through, maybe it was because it was quite warm here in the UK. Also as I work out in my lounge near the window I get fed up of people seeing me workout and laughing at me. I should get them to try and do the Cathe workouts themselves and then I don't think they would laugh lol. ( I remember you saying this Cathe in Butts and Gutts doing the firewalkers.)

TGIF Cathe & Cathletes!!

Breakfast was a 5K run on the treadmill followed by lunch with Lauren Brook's kettlebell workout. Dinner will probably be R.I.C.E.-MAX since I'm already feeling soreness coming on:confused:

Love your meal planning and your humor too. Especially Irusso's fasting comment, LOL Of course I wouldn't expect anyone to actually workout three times a day. I just have extra time today so I'm doing a little extra.... but of course making sure to cross train in the process.

Have a wonderful weekend everybody!:D
