For me, it's pretty much a tie between "eat" and "shower."
NOT that I do them at the same time! I just tend to shower right after a cardio workout, then grab a smoothie. And do the opposite after a weight workout. (
Maybe I SHOULD do them at the same time after a cardio/weights circuit workout? Can I get a smoothie nozzle installed in my shower? Right next to the water nozzle, so I can wet down...take a drink...soap up...another drink...rinse off...another drink...
