What's the difference in results that you saw

now this is me personally this will not be everybody. but with slow and heavy i tend to see a little more bulk in the upper body. more building muscle and strength for me. with ph and me i get the strength benefit but it seems to maintain my body(sometimes add a little more defenition)b/c i don't use as heavy of a weight b/c of the number reps and less rest she does in these workouts. i do find with ph and me that it helps build my leg endurance. i don't do any muscle building workouts for my legs b/c i have naturally big legs but it helps with the strength/endurance to help shape those and has been a help a little with my running. i knocked 8mins off my time b/c i have been able to make it up hills without to much trouble.

i don't own gym styles but i think it goes along the same line of strength endurance but i might be wrong on that.
