What's ideal

Hi everyone,
I was wondering how many times should I do cardio and am I allowed to do weights the same day I do cardio?
Also how many weight days should I do?
I am now in my 16th week and I am feeling great however I don't want to over do it,before my pregnancy I weight trained 3 days and did cardio 6 days a week.
So basically I just want to maintain a fit lifestyle any advice would be appreciated,

I think you are correct in not wanting to over do it. I believe maintaining your previous schedule while listening to your body's cue's is the way you're supposed to go about it. Don't try to make any fitness gains during your pregnancy, only aim for maintaince.

Now I could be completely wrong. Hopefully Cathe or Shelia will see this and give you much more reliable advice.
