what's a better routine

here is what I own:

- the whole last 2006 serie except Cardio Fusion (so a bunch of circuit workouts, Drill Max, Low Impact, Body Max 2 and Butts and Guts)

- Gym Style and Muscle Max

- 4 Day split ( I will recieve in few days)

- 3 workouts of Jari Love

I would like to do one serie per week, with of course some addition, in the GS week, I will add cardio days. In the 4 day split, I will finish the week with Muscle Max, with the Ripped serrie, I will have cardio in between and the 2006 Cathe serie, I will do the upper body premix from BM2 one day and Butts and Guts the other.

I feel it will be a month of full variety.

What would be better to do each serie once during the month or may be spend 2 weeks for each

Is this too much changes and variety. Should I may be do GS 2 weeks in a row to see better results or a variety like that is better?

Well, what are the results that you're hoping to see? If you want to get results from a rotation, you need to stick with it longer than a week, or even two. You'll notice that most of Cathe's rotations are a month long and have a focus - endurance, strength, fat-burning, etc. I think you need to figure out what your goal is and then you can go from there on figuring out what workouts you want to do and for how long.
 
My goal is be more ripped. So I want more definition. I think I will do Gym Style for a month.

I do many things and don't stick to a specific routine.

Since I will recieve the new workouts, I might try them for a week or 2 and then I will go Gym Style, following by Jari Love for another month.

I will try that. I hope I won't get bored. I will use the 4 day split premixes as a premix, to make it more exciting

and it sucks about your ex. I will be upset too and tell him what I think. YOu wouldn't care if he wasn't the father of your daughter.
