Choose Album and click Continue
Find image she wants to use and copy the Direct Image Link address
Paste the Direct Image Link address into the field next to Avatar in her Profile on Cathe.com
Go to her Pictrail
Make sure she's logged in
Click on "Image URLs" tab at top of page
Click on "Get Image URLs (Thumbnail)"
Choose Album and click Continue
