Hi Everyone! How is your Saturday going so far? I'm feeling tight...gonna do some yoga and hit the sauna. What are your plans tonight? Boardwalk? Barbeque? Dinner? Dancing? Movies? Relaxing? Workout?
We are just chillin' tonight with some friends. I'm making my home-made basil-pesto to toss in whole-wheat Mediterranean pasta accompanied by Bruchetta cups made with those Athenos filo-dough cups and baked to perfection! Okay- my mouth is watering now!

Just came back from Target (love that store)...then out to dinner tonight. This morning was step class at the gym, tons of different push-ups, bench, rows and kettle bells....feeling that!!!!

I helped out on our annual church food bank drive -- walked five miles going door to door collecting food; stacked and weighed food, etc. I will post next week's exercize program, starting Sunday. It's bright and sunny here today. But USA lost their soccer game 2-1 . -- David

Did CCC and baked 2 loaves of bread this morning, then had a half day at work. Took DS to the library and got books for the both of us. Just finished up Insanity Max Plyo crazy death hour. Now off to hit the shower and scare up some grub for dinner. Chicken, quinoa, and I think we have some green beans ready in the garden. After dinner is walkies w/ Vlad. And it Saturday - Wheel of Fortune is on Call me old, but I love Wheel!!!!!!
I think tonight's scary movie is Swamp Thing, so that ought to be fun, too. Sat is B horror movie and wine night for me and DH.
Dinner party tonight at my house, so I've been cooking all day! The menu: chickpea/potato enchiladas verde, jicama/mango salad, cilantro-lime rice, lemon squares for dessert. All vegan and gluten-free!
Saturday is my rest day from exercise. Yesterday was Push-Pull, tomorrow is LIC.
Oy, I had a singles tennis match this morning. It was hot but the sun stayed behind the clouds for a good portion of the match. We battled for 3 hours and I lost. The only reason I lost was my conditioning. Not because I'm 51 and the lady I played was 30 something either.
So I will finish the STS shoulder/tri's tonight because I quit on it last night. I will work harder to lose weight and get into shape. I WILL get in better shape !
