I have recently purchased a few of Cathe's workouts and really enjoy her style. I have only three of them so far. Low Impact Cardio (the new one) Kickmax and KPC. I have Jari Love for Strength training. I would like to do some sort of rotation but not sure where to start or what would be the best avenue to go with. Although my upper body is okay right now I am mainly trying to get some nice tone definition now in my upper body for the Summer. I am also working on my mid-section as well. I was thinking about maybe only getting a few more videos and getting some a little at a time. How did you accumulate all her videos? What packages did you start off with? Any ideas? Thanks.
