What workout should I do tomorrow?

I'm so excited! My physical therapist told me today I can finally start doing upper body exercises after my shoulder surgery. YAY!! I'm limited in that I can't do any DIRECT shoulder exercises, no dips, no overhead extensions and pushups on the wall or at an incline on my knees. That's fine - I will adapt. I'm so excited and am now trying to figure out what to do tomorrow - am thinking a full body workout - maybe circuit to burn the extra calories I ate today (ugh).

So ...... opinions wanted. Here is what I have:

HSC
HSTA
SS/PP
MM
SJP (but I've not done this one yet so don't think I want to pick tomorrow to start it).

Give me your vote! I'm leaning toward HSC - one of my favorites....

Gosh, you guys have NO IDEA how excited I am to be on the road to strength training again so I can get ready for STS!
 
I know - I'm totally STOKED!! I'm looking at the list of exercises and trying to figure out how to modify ... I can't wait to go to bed so I can wake up and workout in the am!!! WOO HOO!!
 
I'll be thinking of you in the morning!! I actually have shoulders (GS BSB) on tap for tomorrow, and I DREAD shoulder work. I should be thankful that I can do it at all. Thanks for helping put things into perspective for me!
 
I'm JEALOUS! Shoulders have always been one of my faves... someday I'll be able to work them again! Just smarter this time I guess!!
