What workout did you do today?

I just finished Drill Max Ultra Cardio Blast but I'm thinking of trying Leg Conditioning Drills from the Lower Body Blast dvd tonight. I hope I have time.

Happy Saturday molasses! Today I did an hour of kickboxing and then went on a 20 minute walk outside. Tonight I might do some core work and a stretch routine.
 
I did TF 25 min Hiit followed by muscle endurance. It has been a long time since I've done Muscle Endurance and oh my goodness! I don't think following a HiiT workout with this workout was such a good idea. I'm an STS graduate, gosh darn't! Yet Cathe still kicked my arse in a big way.
 
Powerstrike 4, seems like I have completely rediscovered this! Tomorrow is M2 STS Leg day.
