What Workout Are You Doing Today and Tomorrow??

I need some exercise motivation here people!:)
Just knowing what workouts everyone has planned motivates me to get up and get going, seriously, just knowing someone else is doing Drill Max or worse Imax :eek: etc...is motivation, I get to hurt along with you!!

Yesterday was a mash together of Lomax (all of it) followed by the Cardio Timesaver Premix from LIC. Neither of these workouts is THAT hard, but when you put them back to back they make a great, long, low impact workout that is very tiring for the legs. (I was using it in place of my long run). Today was an hour of pilates (my day off) and tomorrow is and interval run.

Getting ready to head to the basement to do Powerstrike 2, B&G floor glute work & abs (either B&G or my fav abs routine-KPC). Later today I plan on trying Criss Cross Cardio, just got it so need to see what it's all about!

Tomorrow is my treat to myself for Memorial Day- DRILLMAX, I LOVE that workout, can't wait!!

Yesterday: Cardio Kicks

Today, it's Double Upper Body for me. I've never done this one, but I have a feeling I will feel it. I am actually afraid of it.

That will be my last of my 6 day rotation.

I try to make Monday my rest day - I pamper myself by always watching The Riches (I don't watch television except the Style Channel's Clean House and a few of my F/X faves). Sometimes I get a manicure and pedicure on Mondays - not every week, but every 4 to 6 weeks).

Here is my rotation for the upcoming week:

Charlene Prickett's Crazy for Step (Mainly low impact, but very intense, and a longer appx. 70 min workout). I strongly recommend this DVD as an Add-On to Cathe's cardio DVDs. Charlene filmed this when she was 57 and her oldest cast memeber is 59 with the body of a 30 year old.

Pure Strength Chest, Shoulder, Biceps with with Add-on of Gym Style Chest, Shoulder Biceps Timesaver

Kick, Punch & Crunch (Kickbox is NOT my fave, but I force myself to do it at least every 1 to 2 weeks)

Pure Strength Back, Biceps with with of of Add of Gym Style Triceps/Chest Timesaver

Mega Step Blast (One of my all time Blast from the Past Videos) with Add on of LIC Bonus Cardio)

Pure Strength Strong Legs/ Abs with Add on of Butts/Guts bonus for abs and legs

I have really beefed up my weight training because I need to shake up my rotations. And when I do heavy, I push my muscles to complete failure.

I hope to bike with the family today and tomorrow. The length of the trips will vary depending on the company. :) I'll do Cardio & Wts tomorrow morning.

Okay, I have my workout clothes on, drank my coffee, and am headed into my "space" to do KPC and maybe the floorwork from B&G. Whew.:)

Tomorrow might be rest, I did MIC yesterday plus the premix from Gym Styles Back, shoulders and biceps, so its not like I am lazy:) just movin' a little slow this AM...

We are going to see Robin Williams tonight at the MGM Grand and out to dinner, so depending on what I put into my belly, Monday will either be rest or I will pay for my dietary indiscretions at the hands of Drill Max, or maybe an hour of Spinning!:eek: You all rock!:7
 
I did YogaX this morning and tomorrow is Core Synergistics. It's a recovery week. I'm doing my first P90X rotation and loving it!

Yesterday:
KPC + Kick Max 1 combo, blast challenge and leg drills.

I did only eight blasts because I was too tired. I think next time I will leave out the combo and just add on the blasts and do all 10 and leg drills.

Today:
Get Ripped Slim & Lean + abs from LIC.

I have only done this workout once before and I didn't think much of then. This time I used heavier weights for the squats 35lbs. I find the upper body very tough using the same weights as Jari. But the abs is much of a challenge though so I added LIC.

Tomrrow:
Seasun Zeiger's The Next Step.

I bought this a while ago and have learnt the 1st step portion. I need to spend some time learning the 2nd so I can do the entire workout. It's very complex, but that is what I like.

Hi!

Yesterday I did Amy's Hi Lo Extreme and Gym Style Legs. This morning I did Amy's Kickbox Extreme and Gym Style Chest and Tri's and Gym Style Back, Biceps and Shoulders along with All Step Abs.

This is typical for my weekend workouts. Tomorrow I may do the Imax Mish Mosh or something similar (Imax 3 warm up, Imax 3 blasts only, SB Blasts, Imax 2 blasts only and BC Cardio premix).

Off to MIL's for cook out! Tomorrow we'll probably see the last Pirates movie

Today I did Low Impact Circuit Lower Body premix plus the extra blast premix plus 500 various lunges(we leave for Disney World in 4 days, and I will be wearing shorts, yikes)
Tomorrow I had planned on a long run, but I live in Central Texas and we are getting punded with rain (we got 9 inches in the last 2 days), so I think I will do Drill Max instead with double the cardio sections.

Today I walked 2 miles in the a.m., then did my stationary bike in the afternoon.

Tomorrow (Monday), I will tackle BM2.
 
Yesterday was Kick Max and upper body strength training.

Today was IMAX 2 [first time ever!], and I did intervals 1-6, then backed up and did intervals 1-5 again. I also did some core work.

Tomorrow will depend on how badly Cathe kicked my glutes tonight -- I am in the mood for some intense, all step cardio.

Tuesday [I know you didn't ask about Tuesday, but I can't resist] will be Muscle Endurance and some hard core ab work, not sure what yet though.
 
stepper for 30 min and butts and guts i lifted lighter weights with more repetions yesterday for upper body strength made up my own quick rountine for upper biceps shoulders triceps back chest :+

Saturday: Cardio & Weights (so much fun!) using the heaviest weights I could handle with proper form (shoulders got REALLY sore)
Sunday: Weekly rest day
Monday: S&H Chest & Back
