What was your Dec. 26th workout?

Mine was 30/30 HiIT for the first time and Ab Hits-STS Medicine ball, very different from Yoga based abs on the same disc. HiIT DVD will become my fave.
 
A speed-step / power-step / cardio-plank mash-up of Cathe workouts custom-recorded several months ago (the kick-off was IMax2's step/blast #6, my all-time ALL-TIME favorite), followed by 4DS-KB core. Felt good after last night's 5-hour dinner at friends' house.

I envy your motivation. The cold and the snow (east coast) is just weighing me down. I'm hoping to get a wave of energy to get off this couch sometime today.

The workouts are really the only thing keeping me from going over the gray, jagged edge here in Minneapolis, Dela! I've let go of hoping to feel GREAT after a workout; am just shooting to stave off the Winter Blues. When your expectations are low your chances of disappointment are low too.

Mine was being out all day yesterday doing some after Christmas shopping. Doesn't sound like a workout but my legs are talking to me right now. I will do some kind of cardio and weights today though :)
