Mine was LIC and then shoveling 4" of snow in the bright sunshine down a really steep driveway. More snow expected on Easter Sunday, of course.

DM might be the workout before church on Sunday.

Hi Jennifer. Happy Easter - and happy SNOW! We awoke to a 5" fresh coating today - it's pretty - but getting really old!

I'm on tap for itread 13 or itread & tush, followed by 4DSKB (cardio only), a fluidity bar w/o and a katami bar one as well. Kind of a light day for me, but not quite rest.

Enjoy whatever you do today!

I was gonna take a rest day, but got a new cushioned seat for my spin bike I am dying to try, might do a long "aero" Spinervals 70 minute workout this AM, and then more cardio PM, and take Easter Sunday off!:)
 
I just finished L&G. One of my favorite Cathe Leg workouts! And I successfully completed all of the explosive lunges!!:) }(

I did Cardio Coach Vol 3 on my elliptical. My HRM died and this was my first time doing a workout without it. I have to say -- I set a PR and I might not bother to get a new battery for my HRM. I think it was holding me back and it was nice to just work out without being a slave to the numbers!
 
Yesterday, (Saturday) I did HIS and today I'm doing KB.

Last night my DH wanted me to go to the gym with him to work out. I wanted to work out with Cathe...so I taped Pyramid Upper Body on a cassette tape, put the walkman in my CD walkman carrying case and strapped it around my waist and did PUB at the gym.

I'm getting ideas to do that with my other Cathe and other instructor dvds I'm familiar with to take to the gym. I could even do that with STS so I can use the heavier weights at the gym since we don't know when STS Gym is coming out for MP3.

I was so happy to take Cathe to the gym with me. My own personal trainer and cheerleader. It was fun and of course always a great workout with Cathe! Edie
