Wow, we really are a bunch of diehards, aren't we?}( !! Oh all your workouts sound awesome! I'm just not sure which one I'll be doing yet....I want to try the SJP 90min premix everyone keeps talking about but I just did a tough step class tonight so I might go with either BC/ME combo or KPC/L&G...but I love IMAX2 so much I'm also thinking about doing half of that one and PLB. Decisions, decisions :7 !!

Well, Thursday is my leg day plus cardio...I'll have to see how far I can push it...have been ill this week. I'll probably do PLB down only & a Charlene floor aerobic workout. Thank heaven, I do NOT have to cook!
I did PLB standing and MIC step. I was going to tack on some abs, but then got distracted and didn't remember until I put the living room back together. :-(
after your workout you were going to do abs?? you make me tired thinking of it,LOL good for you what a great workout.
I have to confess my workout was tough for me this morning geez I was sweating bullets and all you doing hard core workouts.
I did the bonus premix for bootcamp and muscle endurance one hour and I feel great but I worked my bu-- off.I do feel great completing it
and one I will do again soon.My hr monitor says I burned over 500 calories so does that equal 1 WHOLE PIMPKIN PIE,LOL just kidding.
Instead of my planned IMax 1, I did the Gauntlet, the step only premix from Cardio & Weights and the abs from Muscle Endurance. 95 minutes - not including the warmup and stretch!!
I have been counting calories lately and really feeling down because I did not realize how much I am sabatoging my workouts by consuming so many! Anyway as a result, I did Gauntlet, ME abs, and Up only of PUB. Extra time today so I wanted to push a little harder.
I made it through the 90 min SB/SJP premix. That is one awesome workout. I definitely enjoyed the second half much more than the first as I don't 'love' hi-lo, but the time flew by. I had wanted to tack on some ab work, but the hubby was wanting to get on the road to grandmothers house.
I hope everyone enjoyed this workout as much as I did...
