What type should i be doing

How can I best prepare for the road trip??? Should i be concentrating on all step, circuit or strength Or a combo of all the above. What about the IMAX's??? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm getting a little panicky now that it's getting closer. HELP!!!

I would suggest you focus on step, kickbox, circuit, and lower body conditioning. However, the most important thing to focus on is to have fun and to work to your own pace. This isn't a competition or a race. This is just an opportunity to work out live with Cathe and to meet your fellow road trippers.
