What to follow up with after S&H - Suggestions Appreciated

Anyone have any good ideas for how to follow up a S&H rotation?

I've been doing all 3 S&H - 3 cardio sections from CTX - and lean legs for the week. I have one rest day (some days i double up)

I want to keep the strength gains I have but don't have PS or MIS or any of the new tapes (low funds - these days)

I've got ctx, cardio kicks, powerhour, body max, imax, circuit max

--- Anyone have good luck with these - i was thinking mayb
power hour, circuit max, and 4 ctx and lean leg

Thx for any suggestions.
