Have any of you ever eaten this before, and if so, how do I prepare it?
Can I use it in a soup? I was thinking of throwing all the veggies I got yesterday into a pot for a soup. Here's what I have: 1 kohlrabi 'bulb', 1 zucchini, 3 large beets, 5 leaves or so of Swiss Chard, basil and parsley. Thinking of adding in some fresh garlic and broth for an interesting soup.
Any suggestions?
