Hello Cathe,
I want to begin a new rotation but have a question. I have lost about 20lbs and want to loose the last ten but it's been difficult due to falling off the healthy-eating wagon. I'm currently doing Gym style series and have seen good results (definition and strength). I am debating between two rotations that you posted: One focusing on cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility (June, 2005) and Cardio Blast which you said was a weight loss rotation (Feb, 2005).
My fear is that if I do the weight loss rotation I'll loose some of the definition and strength I've gain. What do you think? Ideally, I would like to loose weight by buckling down on my eating habits but unfortunatly I'm an emotional eater and am still battling that. I don't want to make excuses though, I will get back on track with my eating, but in the meantime, which rotation would be best?
Thanks Cathe, I really value your opinion -but opinions from others is also very much appreciated
