What to do about lost Money Order?

I sent out a payment for a video on 5/31 & she still has not received it.
I was wondering if anyone else here has lost a Money Order & what did you do about it?? I bought it at the Post Office.

Thanks for the help! I have the MO receipt so I will go back to the Post Office next Mon. I am out of town on vacation or I would have done it this last Monday. I just hope that it isn't too late! Chloe
