Hi, I am new to Cathe and overwhelmed by all the great choices. I am in good shape, but want to shake it up a bit and get definition. I will follow any routine and don't have trouble with motivation.
Can someone please tell me what to buy and how to implement a weekly or monthly program that gives me an overall fitness program with cardio and strength that doesn't miss any part of the body? I run, bike, swim and elliptical now with a universal gym supplementing. I am a little nervous to give up much of the cardio because I don't want have to eat less, but only have 1.5 hours a day to work out. A run takes an hour and a DVD takes over an hour. I would love to not have to think about what to do today, but just have a step by step routine that I will follow.
Also, what are rotations?
