What time on Friday?

I think I read somewhere that a full schedule of events is pending, but I need to know what time all the festivities begin on Friday. I may have to line up a babysitter for my grandson if I have to leave before my DD gets off of work to get there on time. Thanks.
 
No, I can't leave home until after 2 on Friday, when my DD gets home from work. I think it will be about a 3 1/2 hour drive, putting me at the hotel about 5:30 - 6:00. Will the meet and greet start earlier than that?

In the original post from Cathe announcing the RT, it says the meet and greet is at 6:00 on Friday night. I noticed it last night when I was reading through my RT stuff.
 
Yeah, I think it starts at 6, but the buses will be transporting the road trippers from the hotel before that. Since you're driving yourself, though, you can just head to the gym after you check into the hotel. No biggie. :)

Hi y'all! So sorry we've been delayed in getting the final schedule out -- it's been a work in progress and Cathe & her staff (we're helping too) are working to get it JUST right, so that the weekend flows very smoothly yet is chock full of fun stuff for you. ;-) I promise more details REALLY soon!

The Friday night event does indeed start at 6:00 (and goes til 10:00) at Cathe's gym, and there will be bus transportation leaving the hotels in the vicinity of 5:30 - 5:45 (details TBD, coming soon!) I'd plan on that time frame, Robin.

By the way, just a reminder that there will be good food -- and plenty of it -- at the Meet & Greet.

A reminder, too, to those of you who will have rental cars -- I'm real serious when I tell you that Cathe's gym is a straight, easy drive from the hotels, maybe 10-12 minutes, and if you want to drive over to the gym for the par-TAY, by all means don't feel at all intimidated by the fact that it's unfamiliar territory. It is, but it's not hard at all to conquer, I promise you. And we're putting together VERY good driving directions for you girls. You will have ALL of that and everything else we can think of to tell you by the early part of next week! :)
