What should we do next?

My buddies and I have been doing endurance training (MIS, PH, CTX upper body and LL...with that floor work from PS legs now and then!) since the beginning of June. I've been using your tapes since '96, but this rotation has been SO effective (legs 3x a week and upper body 2x) not only for me but for my friends who are total newbies. So, thanks to you! My question is should we do PS next or S&H? And for how long? I think we'd all still see results if we stayed with this rotation, but the boredom factor is beginning to creep in.

A couple more questions: Since they all come to my house (and I have the tapes and equipment) I have the luxury of throwing in extra workouts. Can I continue to do that with by throwing in PH 1x a week? Or is endurance to be totally separated from a strength rotation? Your lower body workout (treadmill, then PH legs and PS floorwork) is awesome (!) and I'd love to keep that in the mix, too.

I would definitely give S&H a try for 3 weeks. You'll most likely come back to your other rotation stronger and fresher. And you definitely won't lose any ground. Putting PH in once a week with S&H is fine too. Just make sure to put a day off between S&H and PH.

Sorry it took so long for me to check back, but thanks for the input. I think that's what we'll do. I talked it over with them, and we agreed that we'd switch to a 3-4 week S&H rotation mid-September, then go to PS to around the holidays. If anyone else has advice, I'd appreciate the response.
