WHAT SHOULD I ORDER

OK, just got a DVD player. Right now I just want to order a couple of DVD's. What should I order for weight work, I don't really want full body strength training at the moment. One good upper body weight tape, and one good cardio tape, any suggestions? Keep in mind that I have everything except the new DVD stuff.

Thanks.

What do you mean by this? WHich series are you missing?

Also what is your level of fitness?

Sorry, Hard Core... I didn't pre order this series as I did not have a DVD player, and they didn't make copies in VHS.

Cardio - I'd get Kick Max or IMAX3

Upper body - I think you are stuck with getting more than one DVD for upper b/c of the way that they are spit up. You could get Muscle Mac and use the upper body premix (save the lower for when you need that).

Hi There,

For Cardio, I would get IMAX3 (much harder than IMAX2 in my opinion) or LowMax (surprisingly an amazing workout)--I think they are both much better cardio workouts than Kickmax, which doesn't really get my heartrate up except for the 10 minute Intensity Drill part. My first choice, if I were you, would be to get HARDCORE EXTREME, the compilation DVD. It truly has the best of everything! One workout mixes IMAX3 with Lowmax and then tacks on all 10 Kickmax Intensity Drills at the end--it is UNBELIEVABLE!! One workout mixes IMAX3 with the Intensity drills of Kickmax--again, good on intense cardio. The third workout mixes Highstep Challenge with IMAX 3 and the Leg Drills of Kickmax --I like this workout even better than Highstep Challenge alone, b/c of the added cardio included. (I hope I got these three workouts right-- I am remembering by memory--if I'm off, I'm close!)

I can't help you on the weight workout selections, but those are my thoughts on cardio. Good luck making your decision, and congrats on getting a DVD player!
