What should I do?

Happy Friday everyone!!!! Okay so tuesday was an upperbody day for me so I did MuscleMax upperbody only premix. I did the pullovers with a 20 dumbell on a stability ball cathe uses a 30lb barbell on a step. I was a little sore in my middle back when I woke up wednesday but really didnt think anything of it. So here it is friday and it STILL hurts I've taken some pain reliever but its not working.I know what DOMS feels like and this feels a little different. The pain is right in my middle back area more on the right side. Should I call my doctor?????
 
Hey, if it is making you nervous and doesn't feel "normal" then perhaps it wouldn't hurt to go have it checked out. Better to be safe then sorry, right?

Not sure if this is the same thing, but I had a pain in my middle back, just to the right of my spine. I already had an appt with the sports medicine doctor so I threw that in. He said there was a knot there. To me, to the touch, it was tender, and just going about the day, it felt like something was poking me from the inside. At first, I thought I had a tag in my shirt or something, even though the shirt was not new - just that feeling kept making me reach back there to get whatever it was OFF. He said everyone feels their pain differently. No matter, I had this knot there and it happened after a workout, but I don't remember which one. His suggestion was to rub it to loosen it up. I did not want to go to any physical therapy. It is better but will remind me of its presence if I work out my back. Hope yours gets better soon.
