Wed-SH Shoulders, Triceps and Biceps, Plus 30 dips, 100 jumping jacks and 200 jump ropes
Thursday-SH Chest and Back, plus 30 push ups-Step (of SJP),
Friday-SH Legs and Abs
Saturday-Step and Jump (no pump)
This week starts with Christmas day...This week will ONLY happen IF I get Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance, my High Step (the one with the DVD!) and KickMax!!!
