What New Years Day Workout Are You Doing?

Happy New Year everyone! I've been "off the beam" with workouts and eating over the holidays and since my shoulder surgery. Today I am going to do MuscleMax to get a jump start on my weight training.

What is everyone else doing?
 
I am hoping to do KPC if this pain in my side (when I breathe deeply) ever goes away.

AND I just got my new Polar F7 in the mail, my workouts in 2009 are going to be much more organized, so I wanna give that a whirl -- if I ever figure it out!!
 
Today is pure cardio for the rotation I'm following. Since I LOVE the 4DS cardio, I'm thinking either LIS/HIS or BC/KB double cardio! I can't wait!!

My New Year's workout is CLX Burn Intervals. I LOVE this workout!
Chalene is so upbeat and fun. This workout kicks butt too:D
 
cynthia, i got v1, which is shorter than my usual workout, so im thinking i might do it 2x, or add some other cardio on. but since i've never done a wo like this maybe i'll collapse in a heap on the floor next to my elliptical!:D:eek:

I hear ya! I'm so happy I purchased this program. I'm sore after each circuit. I'm feeling stronger and I'm increasing weight. I'm anxious to see how heavy I'll be lifting in the Push phase:eek:
I recorded the infomercial yesterday. :DThe transformations were remarkable!

I use vol1 after a weight workout. I think it's perfect for a first time. You WILL sweat! You can always repeat the sprint challenge:eek:
 
I don't know yet but the workouts that seem to be an option right now are:
Advanced Step Challenge 3 or HiLow Knockout or In the Ring or 30 Min. to Fitness Kickboxing (premix that combines both workouts).

What to do, what to do.....
 
Happy New Year to everyone! I am planning to do a KPC cardio pre-mix today. It always gets me motivated and will be a great start to the new year! We went on a vacation before Christmas and then ate un-clean the entire last week with holiday stuff going on so I now have about 4 extra pounds to start the year with. I really need to get back on track.
 
Yay! I love working out!

I'm very excited, actually. Getting a little time off work means that I was able to do Ripped Slim and Lean and another hour of strength training yesterday (Wed), then today I danced for half an hour, abs for another half hour and finished off with power yoga (Thurs). Tomorrow I will do Ripped and Chiseled, followed by Muscle Max or maybe Maximum Intensity Strength (Fri). The following day it's back to abs, dance and yoga (Sat), and finally, on Sunday before I go back to work, I get yet another strength workout - probably Gym Style, all three DVDs for a 3 hour set.
 
I'm off to do KPC, and maybe some more 1RM testing later today. I was going to go to my kickbox class, but it's just brutally cold outside, so I'll stay warm and safe inside with Cathe and crew!
 
I'm trying to finish off FF's december rotation but I've been lazy this week.

Today I'm going to aim for some cardio and legs. Then if I'm up to it shoulders, biceps and ab work.

So far I have taken 3 rest days this week. Like I said I have been lazy.:eek:
