What kind of Shoes do you wear

I was wondering what kind of shoes do you and your crew wear ? I noticed Jai’s shoes in the STS workout look so comfortable. What is she wearing? I need something comfortable for leg day where my foot doesn’t move around inside my shoe. Thank you so much

Hi Holly,
Fitness shoes have changed so much over the years and they continue to do so every six months. I wish I had a solid answer for you, however, you really have to try a shoe on for comfort and get what works best for you. The shoes that we wore in STS are no longer available or I would direct you to them. Happy shopping!
