What is your workout routine this week?

For me, after the heat passes; LM, MM, and LIC on Sat. Walking long distances later at night until then.
 
This is my routine for the week:

Sunday: Back, Shoulders, & Biceps
Monday: Step Workout--didn’t happen; too hot in unairconditioned house and DS wouldn’t nap : (
Tuesday: Chest & Triceps
Wednesday: Kickboxing, Core
Thursday: Legs plus Pilates or Yoga
Friday: Step Circuit, Core
Saturday: Stretch, Rest

Goals: Gain Strength and burn calories!

this is the routine for the month except alternating weeks instead of doing upper/lower split i do total body workouts on those days. i am mostly trying to work through some virgin workouts. the total body days can also be cardio/weight circuits if i felt i didn't get quite a good cardio workout on other days. i also add in ab/core work another 2 days when i feel like it.

Sun - Gym Style Chest and Triceps/Bleacher Run
Mon - Fitness Boot Camp - Kettlebell Circuit
Tues - Rest
Wed - Fitness Boot Camp
Thurs - 3 mile run
Fri - Fitness Boot Camp
Sat - Gym Style BSB and Gym Style Legs

When I'm enrolled in boot camp, my home workouts are planned depending on what we did in boot camp. Since every boot camp session is different I never know what we are going to do.
 
It always makes me feel good to type all this in public! Makes me feel like there is no way of making excuses and that I have to do it because everyone knows about it! Silly - I know. Let's see:

Monday (yesterday): Hardcore extreme #2 plus 400 walking lunges and 500 situps.

Tuesday: Kickmax plus LIS cardio only

Wednesday: MM plus 20 minute interval run

Thursday: LM plus the 2nd 5 intervals of Imax 2

Friday: 1st half of MIC plus legs and glutes

Saturday: PUB plus 30 minutes run

Sunday: REST!!!!

Mon - Push/Pull 3x Upper Body Premix
Tues - Tracey Staehle's Step Sweatfest plus C&W Abs
Wed - Legs & Glutes; Abs from Pure Strength Back & Bis
Thurs - Muscle Max Upper Body premix; abs from MM
Fri - Rhythmic Step
Sat - High Step Challenge
Sun - Rest

S - Long run
S - Rest
 
I've started wk 1 of fitness freaks 1hr fat loss with some subs of my own.

Sunday I did CF-All step
Monday was MM upperbody
Today Tuesday I did Tracey Staehle's StepSweatfest and belly burner section.
WEdnesday is MM lowerbody and floorwork from B&G
Thursday is a rest day
Friday LIc upperbody circuit
Saturday KPC&LG premix not sure which one.

I try to workout in the morning before work between 5:30am and 6am to avoid the heat.

I'm the same way--I have started posting my weekly routine on my website and then going back each day to note whether I did as planned or not!

R: Spin class + GSC&T Timesaver Premix
F: GSBS&B Timesaver Premix (possibly adding pull ups) + Abs
S: 5 mile race
S: Rest

Fri-PUB/Windsor Pilates Bun and Thigh workout

Wow, I feel like a slacker now after reading everyone's week! But, in my defense I KILLED myself from Wed-Sun w/ doubles since I was off work... this is what I did.

Wednesday-Drill Max & B&G
Thursday-Powerstrike 1 & Tone It Up
Friday-Kick Max cario leg blast premix & then KM drills & 30 min butt/thigh floor work & buns of steel outer thigh work
Saturday-Tear It Up & Burn It Up
Sunday- Criss Cross Cardio & Reach

so this week I'm taking it easy....
Monday-Shape It Up
Tuesday-Firm It Up
Wed-rest day
Thursday-Powerstrike 1
Friday-not sure yet maybe B&G
Saturday-1 hr. cardio & lower body of some sort
Sunday-Drill Max & Reach
 
Hi!

Monday was Elite Imax (Imax 3 warm up and interval only premix, followed by the Stp Blast Challenge, then Imax 2 interval only premix and Bootcamp Cardio premix) and topped that off with Abs

Today was Amy's kickbox xtreme ultimate premix and I added the Kick Max Drills

Wed will be muscle max and perhaps a CTX cardio

Thurs will be Intense Moves or Tracey's HISM

Fri will be GS Legs

Sat will be both GS Upper Bodies and a Cardio - Amy's High Lo Xtreme or a Cathe Step workout

Sun likely a rest day

Thurs. - Slow & Heavy Legs/Shoulders, fluidity seat and thigh
Fri. - cardio/yoga
Sat. Balletone or rest

Tues: long day at the amusement park with 4 boys ('nuff said')
Wed: Legs & Glutes, BBC Chest & Abs
Thur: IMax 2 or 3 (half), BBC Shoulders & Back
Fri: Rythmic Step (or other Cathe all-step WO)
Sat: BBC Total Body
Sun: CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO (I'm a junkie, lol)

I'm flying in the dark this week x( . Something must have come loose and I don't have a picture on my TV. The surround sound works and so does the DVD player, so I'm using Cathe, Sean, & Rainbeau Mars.
Can't wait for Hubby to get back from his trip to fix this problem.

Sun: walk the dog 3 mi - Core Max, CC1, Yoga

Mon: walk the dog 3 mi - High Step Training (using the TM for the cardio sections)

Tue: walk the dog 3 mi - CC4

Wed: it was raining; the dog was not happy. CC3 - Muscle Max

Thu: walk the dog :p 3 mi - CC5

Fri: walk the dog 3 mi - High Step Challenge (using the TM for the cardio sections plus)

Sat: walk the dog 3 mi - CC6
