What is your Weekend Workout (s)?

Mine is looking to be SJP on Saturday and maybe PLB/PUB on Sunday or SB.
My goal is to be in good enough shape for the 4 Day Split by the time of delivery.
 
I have an 8 mile run on tap (part of my training for my half), and on Sunday I'll follow that with a nice session with my favorite yoga instructor at my gym.
 
Tonite, if I ever get off here, i'm planning on doing MM followed by a quick trip to the gym for a few extra leg exercises with heavier weight and also a couple for the back.

Saturday will be cardio day unfortunately at the gym since I can't run outside, or inside for that matter. Long story but just let me say, "Don't ever attempt doing the cardio blast of Drillmax around midnight" like i did last Friday night. The ol' ankle is still swollen and it's really putting a damper on my lower body workouts.

It's okay Kate, I've decided I may pass for awhile when Cathe does the quick tapping happy feet around the bench. I'll do jumping jacks or something else. :)
 
Sat(today)-hour walk/jog+70 walking lunges and then 20min of coremax.
Sun-REST:+

I usually just do the walk/jog and coremax on sat.but I skipped my LB workout yesterday so I had to add it in today!
 
Friday was Drill Max upper body circuit.
Saturday (today) I'm not sure yet. It needs to be something lower body oriented, but I am still scared of Butts & Guts so I am thinking not that...
Sunday will be rest, as always.
 
Today Saturday is my sort-of day off...I am doing some basic bicep and tricep exercises. Tomorrow, I am doing the first step segment of Power Max, and then 2 combos from Amy Bentos Advanced Step challenge. Not a long workout, but I have pleurisy so I am 'laying low' for a while. Can't wait to get back into a heavy cardio groove !
 
I could have SWORN I posted on this thread last night. My weekend workous or next few workouts will be:

Today, I'm going to a kettlebell workshop, and tomorrow I'll either go on an hour speed walk (weather permitting) or do a kickboxing workout.
 
Yesterday: BM2 (whole thing!)
Today: GS Chest and Triceps
Sunday: Low Max

I did ITread n Tush + 100 walking lunges this morning and will either do an upper body work out tmrw or take my rest day...not quite sure yet. :)
 
i'm doing barry's bootcamp rotation. today is fullbody,tomorrow kickbox,stretch mon and start over.

Today- Powerstrike 1, B&G, BM2 upper body

Tomorrow- DrillMax and something else in the evening-will just do whatever appeals to me then

I take advantage of having weekends off and usually try to do at least 2 hours each day, I could work out all day if I had the time!
