Cardio workout? The one that you burn a lot of calories and, once done, feel a job well done?

It used to be Imax 3 for me, but now I'm doing just the blasts with blasts from Imax 2 with it thanks to Cathe!

Lately I've been enjoying Cardio Coach 6 and 7, Cardio Fusion is another good one.

Interested in the workout you reach for when you want to burn it up!

It's still KPC for me. I still HATE the 3rd kicking drill at the end. I can do it better than I used to, but me still no likey.
 
I agree with Maggie - drill max double cardio premix. Thought I was going to die the first time I did this. Now I realise death would be sweet relief when I do this ;-) Mind you, it is not on my agenda very often.

IMAX 3 or the Drill Max double cardio death mix. IMAX 3 is more fun, DM death mix takes a good psyching up to even push play on that one. Thought I'd die the 1st time - swore I'd never do it again (didn't happen). I use that one when I've overindulged a bit.

Of Cathe stuff, I would say a blasts only mish moshy deal, with IM3 coming to mind. Throw in BC cardio only, high intensity KPC drills, and the bootcamp drills from KM. Ow. I usually look for my heart behind the TV stand.

I've never done the Double Cardio premix from DM--I'm afraid of boredom! Do you do each drill twice?

Anyhoo, my toughest workouts are either The Gauntlet (from the Terminator dvd), Imax 2, or the "Turkey Blaster Mish-Mosh" that A-Jock put together around Thanksgiving. You do 4DS bootcamp cardio, DM drills, and original Bootcamp cardio only premix. Yowsa!!!

I just did Step Blast, and those 3 blasts at the end. ..HOLY CAMOLIE!, I was struggling!! My HR watch said I burned almost 500 calories too!

IMAX 3 is a given, as well!

I can't do Cathe's cardio workouts -- I hate kickbox and step -- but Cardio Coach on my elliptical gives me a GREAT workout! I think I get the biggest calorie burn from the Press Play workout.
 
BM Scrambled eggs - no legs - is the winner for a strict 60 minute cardio mix.

Those that come close:

Amy's Advanced Step Challenge 2 and Kickbox Extreme (HLX is up there as well!)
My Cathe KB Mish Mosh of CTX KB, KM HI drill and CK drills
And some of my step mish moshes (Like the challenges from RS, SB, BM2 (twice)
 
drillmax double cardio is really good
scrambled eggs is as well
the hi/lo, step, step blast premix from SJP/SB is great

i just did fitnessfreak's post-turkey day mish mosh (4DS BC, KM bootcamp premix, and original BC cardio only premix). it was definitely a sweatfest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

although, my favorite cardio is iTread. the other day i mixed 13 and 19 sprints for a full hour of pure sprinting! grace and iTread is great for burning!!!
