I hate leg exercises, I am just dreading those squats and lunges!! But I LOVE the end result, so I just suffer through it :+
Oh and I almost forgot, I HATE abs!!!!!! Anything abs, planks, crunches, you name it, I hate it!!! Even worse than squats! Which reminds me, I haven't yet done my abs workout for today, yuck!!!!!
My favorite is ....... I don't know, lifting my arm to turn off the DVD player after the workout, so that would be shoulders }( :+
