What is your most and least favorite muscle group to work?

I hate chest & biceps. I love working back, shoulders & tris. Although after doing P90X, I've started to like some pushups.

I hate leg exercises, I am just dreading those squats and lunges!! But I LOVE the end result, so I just suffer through it :+

Oh and I almost forgot, I HATE abs!!!!!! Anything abs, planks, crunches, you name it, I hate it!!! Even worse than squats! Which reminds me, I haven't yet done my abs workout for today, yuck!!!!!

My favorite is ....... I don't know, lifting my arm to turn off the DVD player after the workout, so that would be shoulders }( :+

I like doing back and shoulders. Most upper body work I don't mind. What I don't like is dips, and some pushups. x(

I also dislike leg presses x( and most lunges and squats sometimes I think they go on forever.

Also I hate ab work and if I don't have enough time I skip it. I'm such a slacker.:-(

I do like fire walkers for some odd reason and the standing leg work in legs and glutes. ;-)

I'm more of a cardio gal. I love step and kickbox.

Least... would the entire lower body count as a muscle group? I DREAD lower body days! I do admit that I feel most accomplished after a good ( painful, horrifying)lower body workout though!

Most has to be shoulders. I love working them and seeing the results.

I agree with Carola about turning off the DVD player, that's right up there with my favorites, although I think what's even better is working the glutes on the way up the stairs from the basement after I'm done with the workout!

I'm with Carola on the legs. I hate working legs, but love the results.

I love working shoulders.

I love working my chest and back. Legs and abs are my least favorite. Actually, I guess I don't LOVE to work out much at all, but if I have to, I prefer working the chest:p
 
My least favorite would be PUSH UPS (or chest) and then one legged squats (what part DOES that work?)
Am I the only one that doesn't mind ab work. I guess because it doesn't seem too tough like the others I named!x(

Most Favorite Upper Body - Triceps

Least Favorite Upper Body - Push up

I don't mind any Lower Body exercises except the ones where Cathe puts on foot on a modified riser to do lunges.

I never feel quite in control of those moves.

I could do Firewalkers forever, if nothing else, for the laughs.

I have this vision of a group of macho men who call Cathe's workouts "girly" - buck naked trying to make their way through Firewalkers using the pink bands.

least favorite is the tummy seems like the tummy is the hardest to tone up my arms and leg tone up quick if i work them hard and long enough but the tummy is the last thing on my body to tone when im trying to get back in shape:D

Hate tricep kick backs, hate em. Talk back to Cathe and give her attitude every time they come up.
Love legs and everything else.
 
I hate leg presses and regular squats too although I kinda like plie squats. I like lying leg floor work too. Maybe cause I'm lying down.:)
I also hate a lot of ab work (planks, banana holds - torturous!!, planks, those bicycle things, planks - you get the picture). I don't mind working chest and triceps although there are some exercises for each that I kinda hate (one handed dips with the leg extended and pushups). I also kinda like bicep work but because the carrying angle of my arms is large (double jointed), I can't lift a lot of weight. It's rather frustrating.

Chest and biceps are my least favorite. Mostly because they're the hardest. I like doing triceps and shoulders, because I see the results best there.


I'm ambivalent about standing legs these days, since I had my knee surgery. Squats feel a bit strange on my knee because of the way it feels when I bend - almost like it's not quite tracking correctly. I wonder if I should talk to my surgeon about that. If for no other reason than it gives me an excuse to see his cute physician's assistant. }(

I really do like fire walkers too.

I absolutely love back and shoulder work, I just had a revelation doing posterior delt flies, something finally clicked and it feels like a whole new exercise. Heavy one arm rows and pullovers are my favourite exercises.

I like standing and floor work for the legs but I detest static lunges, although, I don't mind walking or explosive lunges.
