What is your favorite premix on KPC/L&G?

I just FINALLY got this dvd and can't BELIEVE all the premixes on it. I don't know where to start!! :eek:
Right now I am following the Sept. rotation and today L&G is scheduled and yesterday I did KPC (because I dont' have kickmax). But when I am ready to "do my own thing" again, what do you suggest I try first?? It's like Christmas having all these workouts to choose from!!!:p ;-) :D
 
Becky....the Body Blast series really has the BEST premixes IMO...my favorite is Kickbox Cardio Drills + Kickbox & Strength (a combination of both workouts), but it is about 82 min with the warm-up and cooldown. It might not be the one you want to try first!!!....have fun....:)...Carole
 
Thanks for the advice AND the warning Carole;-)

I'll write it down in my notes and have it for later. So far I've done KPC and Legs & Glutes and really liked them both !
I'm looking forward to trying out all the different workouts within them! I LOVE having so much to choose from. I feel like I'll never get bored!!
