What is the protocol to swap/sell a dvd? Which forum do I use?

Not Cathe and wanted to answer your question.
I don't think that Cathe wants anyone to swap/sell on her site. If you are wanting to swap, you can post lists both a videofitness.com and at the Firm YaYa's site on the swap meet (at Yaya's you can also just sell, which is not allowed at VF). I posted lists at both sites and have had good success with trades and purchases.
And with you offering the Slow and Heavy DVD I could imagine you will find takers for the trade

I made an assumption (maybe the wrong one) that Joynne is talking about a trading/selling forum like they have at the other sites I mentioned where you can swap or sell old workout that don't appeal to you anymore, are no longer interesting, whatever.
I agree with you Clare that if this is a customer service issue that's a whole other story. Then I would suggest contacting customer service via email and seeing what can be done.
