What is the difference??

There seems to be a definite difference in the muscular definition that Cathe (and others) have in the pics for the latest dvd's.

Do you guys think it is diet or do you guys think it is heavy (gym) weights.???
 
IMO she has definitely added muscle. You can look at her earlier vidoes and, even though she was muscular, she had a softer look. If you line up her videos chronologically you can see the progression. I think it's heavy weights, & I think she looks incredible.
 
Yep, I noticed this too. It seems that the Cathe the girls have really leaned out for these workouts. Perhaps they have simply taken their workouts to the next level. BUT....make not mistake about it, theyve probably made some serious dietary changes too. Remember, it is Cathe's business to look lean and mean and to ispire us. She is running a business! I doubt she will talk in detail about her diet...so we should probably just accept her " I eat a balanced diet..." answer. I know better and I accept this. dmd
 
Do you think she is getting those results from the type of exercises in her videos (using heavy weights) or do you think it requires the use of gym (heavy) weights.

You are right about the progression through-out her videos.

She does look incredible!! I'd love to have that kind of definition!!
