I have the cheap walmart step and it is not as big as the one Cathe uses in her dvds. I am going to invest some money in a good one, but I am not sure just which one to get. I am considering the step that she uses but I was also looking into the step/bench that she uses in pyramid upper body dvd. My question is which one is the best and can the step/bench be used for step aerobics just as well as the step? Also if I get the regular step, can I just get a high step topper to go with it or will I have to buy the high step topper with the risers off the Cathe website? Can someone please help me? I am new to all this and so I am not sure which would be the best. My last question would be if I do get the regular step is it just as effecient as the step/bench for workouts like pyramid upper body? Thank to anyone who has input.
