What is the best Amy Bento step workout?

I only have one Amy Bento workout so far (kickbox) but was thinking of getting some step to add into the Cathe workouts that I have for some variety. I'm an advanced exerciser and I like Cathe-type complicated choreography. What is Amy's best step workout?

My second question is how is Amy's cueing in her step workouts? I noticed that she was okay but not fantastic in the kickbox workout.

Amy is definitely more complex choreography wise than Cathe. I personally, love, love, love Amy's step workouts, especially Advanced Step Challenge 2. A lot of people complain that her cueing isn't that great but I think it is spot on and I appreciate the learning curve and that I don't have to listen to lengthy descriptions of upcoming moves every time I do the workout. I'm able to do ASC 2 without looking at the screen so I think the cueing is excellent. To me it is like being in your favorite live class when you are familiar with the instructor and the workout and know what the instructor uses to cue moves. Amy's choreography is fun and creative so be prepared for a learning curve. It is well worth learning in my opnion and Amy fills a niche in the step market that few instructors fill: advanced, intense, fun, and creative!

The intensity is steady state for the most part but section 3 gets the heart rate up quite high.

I agree that AS2 is Amy's best step workout to date. I love it but you have to be patient the first few tries because some of the moves are hard to catch at first. I would say the choreography is a bit trickier than Cathe's. Overall this is a fun workout with good intensity!!

ACS2 is Amy's best step workout. It is steady state but it gets your heartrate up. If you need more intensity there is an optional power up section at the end.

I would also vote for ASC2. If I get bored with another workout, this is the one I get out to put me back in fun workout mode.

ETA: I think her cueing is pretty good--I think she's getting better with time. Some people thought her voice was too quiet on ASCII, but it was o.k. for me.

Same here... I love ASC2 and think her cueing is fine. The first time through was challenging but I now prefer complex choreography with less breakdown to stay interested in a workout. Add my vote to ASC2!
