What is P90X?

I have been reading alot about it and I even checked out the site.I didn't go into alot of detail b/c it is an american site and I would have to pay a arm and a leg to get it shipped to Canada.
It is obviously a weighted workout.Is there cardio involved? What time of weighted workout is it?

Lori...look at some of the previous threads on this. I dont have it but from what I understand, cardio, weights, plyometrics, stretch and yoga are all combined in it. I too live in Canada and would like to get it - but you're right, it would cost an arm and a leg with the dollar conversion and duties! I emailed cksales to see if they have it - but haven't heard back yet.

Beachbody is the only place to get it. You might want to contact them and see if they have a distribution center in Canada.
