What is my problem?!

Here's a few suggestions:

1. Throw on your workouts clothes, set up yor room and start a workout. If you are still not motivated in 15 minutes, then stop. You tried and if you still hate it that much, well, today is not the day.

2. Put in your most favorite cardio workout and blare the music!

3. Take a class at the gym or go outside and do some walkng, running, biking.

4. Try something new - new vid, fittv workout, roller blading.

5. Give yourself a break. We all have our moments. :)

Cardio is a necessary evil! You wouldn't eat a peanut butter 'n jelly sandwich without the peanut butter, would you? We just have to do it. I like to do KPC alot and use that as a cardio day. Boot Camp is like eating fish for me (don't really like it too much)...good for you, but man does it leave me gasping for air.

Don't be too hard on yourself, Jes. Maybe you need the rest.

I haven't been doing too much cardio these last 2 weeks either. I'm following Cathe's May rotation (with some modifications) and the heavy weight work leaves me very, very tired. Last Monday, I was babysitting my son from my bed after doing chest AND back. Good thing he was cooperative. It was also good that Spongebob was on. What am I going to do without Spongebob?:)
