What is in PUB/PLB Bonus Section

Someone else may be able to tell you the exact order of the exercises. But basically it's the pyramid up format of all the weight work (calves are in there too, I think). The premix mixes up upper body and lower body and there are two sets of leg presses. No floor (stability ball) work. It clocks in at about 53 minutes.

I just did this workout on Tuesday and am still pleasantly sore. What a nice, short, efficient total body workout! A hidden gem :)
